LeadPulse data is available in your LeadCenter account starting July 3, 2012.

Learn the lingo.

Contact rate: the percentage by which buyers we matched to you are reporting being contacted by you.

Category contact rate: the percentage by which buyers in your category overall are reporting being contacted.

Overall star rating: how a buyer views your company on a scale of one to five stars (with five stars being a great experience). Only buyers who indicate having heard from you can provide a star rating.

Qualitative rating: areas of strength and areas of improvement across a number of dimensions as reported directly from buyers. Buyers may select as many strengths or areas for improvement as necessary. Additionally, open responses will be included.

LeadPulse email alerts:

It's always good to know where you stand. That's why LeadPulse includes real-time email alerts, so you'll know how to best deploy your sales resources. You will receive three types of email alerts:

  • Deal won: congratulates you on closing a lead and also includes the primary reason for the buyer selecting your company.
  • Deal lost: lets you know when a lead has chosen to purchase from someone else and their primary reason for doing so.
  • In the running: reminds you that the buyer is still considering your company, updates their buying timeframe and primary criteria for choosing a seller.

When does LeadPulse start?
Data will be collected starting July 3rd, but it will take time for results to accumulate, so be patient!

How is LeadPulse data collected?
The data is collected via an automated email survey sent to each buyer, two weeks after their request (and, if necessary, a follow-up survey is sent when they purchase). Historical response rates are approximately 20%.

How is LeadPulse data available to me?
Your LeadPulse data is available to you on-demand via your LeadCenter account.

Can I turn off LeadPulse email alerts?
Yes, you will be able to unsubscribe from receiving LeadPulse email should you desire.

Can I access LeadPulse data without logging into LeadCenter?
Yes, you will receive your LeadPulse data via email on a quarterly basis. The data will be aggregated for the previous quarter.

Will buyers see LeadPulse data?
At this time, LeadPulse data will not be shared with buyers.

Why can't I see LeadPulse data in my account?
If you are a new BuyerZone seller, it may take some time for data to accumulate. Additionally, if you are part of a dealer network or receive leads as part of a corporate agreement, you may not have LeadPulse data available in your account. Please contact your account manager to access your LeadPulse data.
