"Greetings. I am the communications director for a non-profit organization where we do the majority of our printing (brochures, business cards, invitations, newsletters, post cards) in-house. I am currently using an hp2600, and it simply cannot handle the volume. I am currently seeking a cost-effective solution. Outsourcing is really not an option at this point and I would rather invest the money into a reliable printer/copier that can meet our needs. We need a color printer that can handle a volume of approximately 20,000 copies per month, with reasonably priced replacement cartridges (we pay about $80 per cartridge for the hp), reliable service/maintenance, paper capacity from postcards to tabloid size - and at a price that fits into our modest budget.
