The DM550 processes up to160 envelopes per minute and can feed various sizes of material ranging from post cards to 10" x 13" envelopes.

DM550™ Mailing System Overview

The DM550's streamlined processing capabilities get the job done quickly and efficiently by automatically feeding, sealing and imprinting postage at speeds of up to 160 envelops per minute. The Integrated Weighing Option, conveniently located next to the feeder, increases productivity by enabling you to easily process individual and overweight pieces with the correct postage printed - every time.

The Differential Weigh and Feed feature lets you place mixed mail pieces on the scale platform (choose from our 5 lb. integrated scale or other remote platforms that handle heavier material.) As you remove a piece from the stack, the correct rate is calculated, and the proper postage is imprinted. Thickness and size adjustments are minimized by the DM550's ability to process various sized envelopes. The system handles material up to 5/8" thick with sizes ranging from post cards to 10" x 13" flats. The Self-Aligning Feed System ensures that envelopes are fed straighter to protect the contents and ensure precise postage imprinting.
