• Versatile Feeding - The DM800TM Series can automatically feed and seal material of varying thickness (up to 5/8”) and accomodate mail ranging in size from postcards to 13” x 13” flats. This reduces the need for sorting and improves productivity.

• Optional Weigh-on-the-WayTM(WOW) in-line weighing with Shape Based Rating - Add this patented technology to maximize efficiency by processing mixed weight and mixed sized material automatically.  Mail pieces up to 16 oz. in weight and 10” x 13” in size are measured automatically and rated to ensure the proper postage is applied.  At speeds of up to 70 or 90 letters per minute (based on configuration) large mail runs get processed quickly and efficiently.
• Secure Sealing - A system of durable transport and pressure rollers ensures a tip-to-tip seal every time. This protects envelope contents from damage or loss, and securely sealed material promotes confidence at the receiving end.

How IntelliLink® Technology Works

Just connect your IntelliLink® Control Center to an analog phone line, and you are automatically linked to our dedicated, Pitney Bowes Server. This server is always on duty, and it remains connected with the USPS and other carriers. This ensures that your DM Series Mailing System keeps current; and you stay linked for postage funds, online tracking, software updates and more. In addition, our other Exclusive Pitney Bowes Mail Services are available when you need them.

• Envelope Messaging - You can easily personalize the look of your envelope with your choice of downloadable envelope ads, and select the appropriate postal endorsements and postal inscriptions to meet Postal regulations.

Weighing Options Deliver Even More Productivity And Savings

• Integrated Weighing Options - Configure the best system for your applications by choosing from the space-saving 15 lb. Integrated Weighing platform, or external platforms of 30, 70 or 149 lb. Each one delivers guaranteed, electronic accuracy.
• WOW Settable Limits (available with the optional W-O-W) - Maximize your postal expenses for a job by lowering the WOW weight capacity, allowing the WOW technology to filter out over-weight or non-qualifying pieces that should be sent by a different carrier or class.
• Differential Weighing - Process mixed weight mail and parcels together in the same run. Simply place your mail pieces and parcels on the platform. As you remove each piece, the system automatically calculates the appropriate postage. Then, simply put the mail on the feed deck or press the tape button to finalize processing.

Accounting Functions

• Flexible Options to Match Your Needs - The DM800TM Series can track pieces and postage to help you monitor and track postage expenses by account. Enhanced accounting options can provide more detailed tracking and reporting, and include the ability to transfer data to a PC.
• Integrated Keyboard Saves Steps - The QWERTY keyboard is built directly into the IntelliLink Control Center, allowing you to name your accounts and job settings with alpha-numeric characters.
• Barcode Scanning - Increase accuracy and operator efficiency with an optional scanner for longer account names and Postal tracking numbers.

• Drop-In Roll Tape - Pressure sensitive tapes are automatically cut to size, enabling you to place tapes on larger mail pieces and parcels.
