"I am producing a panel discussion between 5 people at a location in one of 3 cities; Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles. The venue has not been selected. The event is scheduled for November. Before a live audience, I need to produce a "live" HD telecast that will send a single stream output for simulcast to participating theatres. The panel happens and should be "switched" live. I don't know how many cameras there should be, at least 3 or 4, I would guess. I need a quote for gear, personnel... not for the venue or talent or set design costs. There should be a master made of the switched output and the cameras should also have ISO coverage (tape masters).There will be full graphics and audio needed as well."
