• We are currently scanning in all documents from invoices, receipts, contracts, correspondences, and more. We are manually placing them in their location on our server and it is becoming very time consuming.

• We need to track vendor contracts. Various people need access to the documents while in process and after award. Our intention is to have the users access tracked electronically. Every time an authorized user accesses the file, it would leave a track/staus record of the event.
