• Open-source software preferred, I would like to scan legal sized and regular documents, I would like to scan all important documents fairly quickly but not necessarily very fast.
• Prefered propietary software. Do not have an actual application for this. The documents to be scan are legal documentation. We have a large quantity of documents to be scaned.

• This is a law firm that deals almost solely with IRS. Our generated documents would be printed to pdf. Outside docs would be scanned to pdf. Due to the data involved it would have to say onsite and secure. We currently use Microsoft Office 2007.
• This is a one (1) lawyer firm with one (1) assistant. For law office applications i've heard about Worldox...but I don't know anything in particular about it.

• We have a Ricoh copier/scanner that can scan two sides non-color 45 pages/minute connected to network but scans currently going to only one computer. We are a professional office that is a cross between legal and accounting for clients.
• We have e-copy for our regular scanning needs. We are law firm, so notes, correspondence, legal documents, etc. We have a lot of old files we need to scan and record.
• We have no other management system. Real estate files and title search documents and other legal files. Would like to incorporate existing files to electronic data.
