• Do mailings for silent, live auction. Solicit program ads, sell tables.Work with small committee and board members to coordinate entire event for April 2009.
• Seeking planner/company to begin with site selection, contract negotiation, etc. With possible expansion into other aspects of the conference. A Foundation evening event and auction is held during the convention as well as a 70-booth trade show.
• Silent Auction set up, coordination, and day of event - operations.
• Annual national Firefighters Valentine's Day Dinner/Auction. To raise funds for the national organzation that helps burned children. The Burned Children Recovery Foundation was founded in Everett WA. In 1990. And has helped over 90,000 burned children to return to a full and productive lives. The BCRF is requesting the following services provided for the event. Develope brochures, Posters, Video presentation for the event. TV, Radio, news papers, magizine advertizment adds about the event. Work with the stirring commitees and fire departments Firefighters raising funds to build the national burned children's camp.
• We want an outdoor, high end, dinner, auction and concert with fireworks. We want a recognizable prformer. This will be a charity event ith a high end auction. We are working on the auction house and entertainer, but help would be appreciated. Need response asap.
