• I am looking to find a venue to host my company’s 2009 Holiday Party on December 5th. We need a venue that can accommodate approximately 250 guests, along with hotel rooms for all guests (+/- 125 rooms at or walking distance from the venue). Our parties generally run from about 7pm to midnight, with a band or DJ as entertainment. We do either buffet style or plated dinner, w/ full open bar & require seated room & dancing room for all guests.
• Location: Hotel or conference center, or event center. Seated or Buffet dinner, a place for dancing/d.j. Holiday party.
• This will be an urgent meeting to be held by March 9, 2009. An indoor facility is needed to have a 1 hour meeting for 750 employees along with 1 hour of dinner buffet served.
• We are wanting to recognize approximately 125 blue collar workers for achieving their safety goals and also, have the president of the company speak to them about safety and the company. We would like a sit down dinner or buffet style at a restaurant or possibly a KC Hall. We would also like to give them an inexpensive gift - we thought of a coffee mug and hat.
• We need a large conference room for approx. 140 people to hear a keynote, then four breakout rooms to accommodate 35 people each. Breakfast and lunch may be buffet style.
• We would like an area large enough to accomodate outdoor games/activities. For example, moon bounce, volleyball net, horseshoes, bocce ball area. We'd also like shelter house or something similar to set up a buffet and would provide relief for guests if the weather is too hot.
