• 21 years in business, we would like to sponsor an open house but have guests participate in product testing (document scanners)for best product. Like to have industry press involved. We are looking at an end of March timeframe.
• Business meeting for physicians. Dinner provided with presentation during dinner.
• Planning a national distributor meeting in Las Vegas. Will have approximately 140 guests in our business meetings held on the mornings of Monday Nov 9th and Nov 10th. Expcect golf afternoon of Nov 8th or 9th. Perhaps a local show or some other event on the evening of Nov 9th or 10th. Expect approximately 60-80 spouses/guests to increase the total size of our group which will affect catering. Rooms expected for check in on Sunday and out on Wednesday (approx 140 rooms for 3 nights). Flights will need to be arranged for approximately 50 guests throughout the United States. Looking for an events planning to make arrangement and to provide options, idea's and estimation of budget to set up hotel rooms, meeting rooms, golf, evening activity, catering, some flights, transportation involving airport/hotel/golf, etc.
• Price per hour or day for conference center rental for business meetings, workshops, seminars, etc.
• This event is a combination charity golf tournament and annual business leadership meeting.
• This is our first attempt at Business Summit. Will also need assistance with budgeting, registration, and content consultation.
• This will be a national conference focusing on children and families with continuing education credit for attendees. Attendees will include corporate, business, education, healthcare, and other professionals. The event will be sponsored by a local university (and I am the Research Director responsible for obtaining the information regarding services and costs).
• This will be a reception for local business people I network with. The goal is introduction to our high end 6000 sq ft showroom. It shows very clearly the quality workmanship and products we have bukit our reputation on.
• We are a small company in Maricopa, AZ with currently 30 employees. We will be inviting employees and family -- including children for our annual Holiday Party. Also some business associates, etc. We are a casual organization and would like something outside of the "sterile" hotel conference room set up. Looking for some fresh ideas. Can consider week night/days as well as Friday/Saturday. Potential time: week of 12/8-12/13. Depending on location may or may not need lodging.
