The Burned Children Recovery Foundation was founded in Everett WA. In 1990. And has helped over 90,000 burned children to return to a full and productive lives. The BCRF is requesting the following services provided for the event. Develope brochures, Posters, Video presentation for the event. TV, Radio, news papers, magizine advertizment adds about the event. Work with the stirring commitees and fire departments Firefighters raising funds to build the national burned children's camp.

• We are a small company planning an all day event on March 12, 2009 at the Marriott Marquis in NYC (Times Square). The event will include C-level officers (Chief Diversity Officers), a keynote speaker, moderators, panelists and presenters. The interactive daytime portion will include 150 CDO's and will be high level and exclusive. The dinner portion will include 300 C-level diversity officers. We need a company to handle all aspects of online registration and onsite event management.
• We are hosting a benefit dinner fundraiser for our charter school in November. We will need entertainment and a small program. Contacts with local officials and newspapers.
• We are looking at having a banquet. We have not had one in nearly four years. We would like to have dinner, music enteratinment and possibly looking into casino games.
• We are searching for a coordinator for several events in the latter half of 2008. We must submit our budget and need an idea for what it will cost us and the name of our chosen vendor. We will be hosting an in-house employee relations party, an annual meeting where our salesteam will be flying in for a conference at a hotel, and an awards/holiday theme dinner at the end of the year.
• We are wanting to recognize approximately 125 blue collar workers for achieving their safety goals and also, have the president of the company speak to them about safety and the company. We would like a sit down dinner or buffet style at a restaurant or possibly a KC Hall. We would also like to give them an inexpensive gift - we thought of a coffee mug and hat.
