• Corporate Christmas Party on a budget. We are researching options of dinner with entertainment for $20/person.

We need a venue that can accommodate approximately 250 guests, along with hotel rooms for all guests (+/- 125 rooms at or walking distance from the venue). Celebrating their 1 year of success and their recent nationwide DVD distribution deal and the release of Season 1 DVD on July 17th nationwide. This event will be tape and aired on Dish Network(over 14 million house holds reached) and Cablevision. (over 800,000 House holds reached regional) There will be a red carpet, and celebrity guest will be in attendance. The theme is "Blok Party" So finger food will be in order.
• This is a back to school music and party entertainment that will include merchant sales and service.
• This is a family reunion held every 2 years Family members located all over the country will take historidal tours during two days. One or two evening dinners Possible evening entertainment of a show or historical reinactment Age range from 3 yrs to 78 yr of age.
• This is an annual awards celebration and our theme is sci fi -- boldly going where no credit union has gone before. We need help with entertainment, sci fi props and lighting.
• This will be a community activity. It will be held on a Sunday in October to recognize Hispanic Heritage. The event will take place in several locations. Overall coordination with sites food and entertainment is required.
• This will be the grand opening party for our adult entertainment company. We need alcohol served at the party as well.
• We are hosting a benefit dinner fundraiser for our charter school in November. We will need entertainment and a small program. Contacts with local officials and newspapers.
• We can watch the air and water show from my private roof deck - many of my clients have children- have a back yard- need entertainment besides the planes. Need to encourage clients to bring friends- need a planner who can follow up very actively with potential guests.
