• I'm throwing a office party for 150 people and would like a price quote on the buildings in the Denver area. I prefer a historic building or gallery setting. A resturant downtown will do as well.
• In short, my business partner and I have started a mixed martial arts clothing line. This past weekend, we attended a MMA event and gave out free t-shirts as part of a buzz marketing campaign. We generated positive feedback and inquiry on our product. On June 7th, we are planning on having a launch party for our company. On this night, there will be a big pay per view show put on by the Ultimate Fighting Championship. We have secured a venue that not only attracts tourists in our city (Orlando, Florida), but shows UFC events for free. We figured this would be a great opportunity to further promote our company and products. Neither my business partner or I are skilled in the art of marketing (or securing sponsorships for that matter), so we are in need of help. Looking forward to hearing from you.

The major areas of help are marketing/advertising, invitations (which includes putting together a list of important and influential people in the community eg. Mayor and other officials as well as media coverage.

• This is a company event for an annual Accounting Department year-end celebration. We plan to have a BBQ lunch at the office campus and Carnival game booths during this event. At the end of the party, we would like to have raffle and prizes. Our party date is tentatively on 4/18/08 and we would like to get quote for event planner.

Also some business associates, etc. We are a casual organization and would like something outside of the "sterile" hotel conference room set up. Looking for some fresh ideas. Can consider week night/days as well as Friday/Saturday. Potential time: week of 12/8-12/13. Depending on location may or may not need lodging.

We will be hosting an in-house employee relations party, an annual meeting where our salesteam will be flying in for a conference at a hotel, and an awards/holiday theme dinner at the end of the year.
