• The forum will include 50-60 people. There will be a welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday, October 28, and activities including speakers, workshops, and presentations, all day on October 29. We will not be providing transportation or lodging.
• The main services we will need is simple as follows. Please kindly send me a quote as soon as possible based on the services we request, *Develop graphics for a step and repeat banner that will serve as a backdrop for photo opportunities. *Coordinate and design e-invitation that will also serve as poster boards of the reception. *Coordinate with printer for production of banner and poster boards. Set-up and remove banner and posters boards on day of the event.
• This event will be wrapped around the launch of a traveling exhibit. There will be a large scale reception and an outdoor musical event to follow. We are considering the idea of such an event and need information re: costs.
• This will be a reception for local business people I network with. The goal is introduction to our high end 6000 sq ft showroom. It shows very clearly the quality workmanship and products we have bukit our reputation on.
• Chairs, set up, paper products, chaffing dishes for warm foods. This event is a reception. No dinner seating.
• Full event-fri thriouiogh sun. Golfing for 144, spa for 136, canoeing for 150. All set up. Fri- entertainment, reception. Sat- Comedian/speaker, reception and dinner. Sun-bfst and break-.
