• Hello, I am inquiring about a sales event we are planning, our dates are open and I wanted to see if I you can assist me in pricing and rates. We are looking for a Wednesday, Thursday and leaving Friday in January or February. There will be 42 -45 people Sharing double Queen beds , with the exception of 5 rooms that we would like to have king size beds. We will need a meeting room for Wednesday Night, which will be a dinner awards night. And then Thursday a meeting room from 10-2 with lunch. Please let me know what you can do to help us. Thank you. • I have the logistics taken care of. I am looking for fun, interactive entertainment for the final night of a four day annual sales meeting. Guest rooms, and food and beverage are arranged through the convention center.
• Our User Conference extends to 3 days of educational learning and a product pavillion for sales purposes. We also have team building exercises.
• Our need, above all, is for a dedicated staff member with a proven record of high-value sales to do conference marketing and sales for this national event. Anticipated meeting revenues from registrations and sponsorships are $400,000. Clients will be pharmaceutical companies, stem cell companies, laboratory supply companies, intellectual property attorneys and related professionals.
• This is a back to school music and party entertainment that will include merchant sales and service.
• We are holding a Sales Meeting for 1/2 day (PM) Thurs. 4/3; all day Fri., 4/4; 1/2 Day (AM) Sat, 4/5. We are staying at the Caribe Royale and they have no meeting space avaialable. Our National Sales Manager is looking for economical, efficient meeting spaces. An overhead projector and flip chart will be our main needs.
• We need someone to assist our speaker with selling books/collecting money so he can sign the books. Keep records of sales and turn all over to speaker when event is over. 2/12 around 12:30 pm.
