"We are a small, non for profit agency of approximately 70 employees here in Peoria, IL. I am their new HR Director. Currently, Counseling & Family Services does not currently have an HRIS. I am looking for a system that collects all the data for our employees. We have many caseworkers so some of the info I need to track is licensing, renewal, continuing ed., etc. in addition to general employment info within the agency. Price is definitely an issue.
