Have a list of subs for each job on the screen with tabs for each sub . For instance I might have to call a supplier and talk to him about the six or seven projects and where is he on the progress, or talk to my stucco sub and give him progress on 10 jobs at once but when I talk to him I want to see have all the jobs he is working on in front of me on the screen."
