• I will like to develop a template for a pediatric endocrinology history, physical, and laboratory evaluation and enter the information by clicking buttons with a stylus on a tablet PC.I will like to link the laboratory data to a spreadsheet in order to follow parameters like BMI and A1C in a patient and a population. I will like to produce and instant report for the referring physician in order to avoid dictation.
