• My company is recognized as the leader in mobile, on-site geriatric healthcare, specifically to senior care facilities. We have nearly 400 long term care and retirement facilities and more than 37,500 patients that we care for. We provide four services to the facilities, audiology, optometry, podiatry, and dentistry. We produce products such as glasses and hearing aids on site in Deerfield and some products such as diabetic shoes and dentures we outsource. We are currently looking to partner in an EMR/EHR company. Our short term goal is to use the software to help us organize our medical records area. The long term goal is to use the software for patient/physician interaction.

• We are establishing a multi specialty integrative medicine clinic with Family practice, preventive medicine, chiropractic, pain management, orthopedics, podiatry and physical therapy. We would like to have one chart system which will chart all of these specialties in one common record
