"As a non-profit that offers affordable housing, we would also like miscellaneous features such as Social Service Information that will allow us to determine our tenants needs outside of housing (i.e. health care, income), in which we could have detail oriented information of our tenants on file. Along with the ability to customize the program to our organizations needs, the obvious functionalities such as Rent Rolls, Demographics, and Maintenance (history of Maintenance that has been done and also a list of assets in each apartment), we are hoping to for a software that is easy to use."
