"We are seeking the ultimate management software system capable of managing 1500+ units or properties.We prefer macintosh but can use PC if needed. We want to integrate our system online as well as have system stations at our on campus location for people to view available properties. We provide three options currently, option 1 we will lease your property. option 2 lease and collect rent. option 3 lease ,rent, and maintenance of property. All maintenance is emailed and all rents are direct deposit or paid twice a year. We want are system to use photo and scaled footprints on our system. We want to have the ability to rent units years in advance with this system based on a calendar as well as individually have our property owners be able to print out their leases and reports from their viewing screen on our system. This needs to integrate into an accounting system.We also have started managing fraternities which includes ordering food and house expenses."
