"Currently there is nothing in the suite so we need the mounting of the 66 block and phone switch (we're pretty savvy with our phone switch, so we can even handle connecting the phone switch once all the office wiring is punched down onto the block, but if you could let me know how much you would charge to finish the 66 block connections for 10 extensions to the phone switch the would be great). The suite is pretty small (662sf) and while the build out includes the boxes and conduit we need the jacks installed and wired pulled to our closet for 10 combination RJ-11 and RJ-45 plates in 3 offices and the reception area (one of the offices is where the wiring cabinet is) terminating the network runs in RJ-45 cables. We'll also need 5 telco lines brought to the suite from the MPOE (there is a wiring closed directly across from the suite on 6 the floor with access)."
