"Pull a total of 9 CAT 5e cable drops 4 at the front counter, 2 in the lab, and 3 in the managers office. Cable job specifications: The station side will be Leviton CAT 5e RJ45 Jacks, Leviton faceplates multi-jack plates or surface mount are acceptable if required, low voltage wall caddy, and a 10’ CAT 5e patch cable. The MDF or wiring closet side (which is where the phone system is located) will terminate to 12 Port vertical patch panel mounted on the phone board, 5’ CAT 5e patch cables for every port terminated connected to a Dlink DSS-16+switch. If the DSL modem and firewall are located on the front counter they will need to be moved and mounted in the MDF, also the Firewall and DSL Modem must be located within 4' of an electrical outlet. All wall plates are to be labeled and all cable runs scanned with an Ethernet Cable Scanner."

"Site has a 25 pair between d-mark and date room. The 25 pair was partially removed and when the mistake was realized a tech punch down only what is in use. Want ot have it punched down completely. Have one line extended to a biscuit on the wall in the data rm. Also have the site physically audits. I would like to give the technician the list of numbers billing to that location and to have them identified. There are 26 POT's lines being changed. I am thinking only a hand full are being used."

"The office is 92' wide x 66' deep...the height from the floor to false ceiling is 10'.....height from ceiling to roof is another 4'.....passageways are 4' wide ....rooms equal in width....print room is 6' in length, the storage is 20' in length....IT room is 16' in length.....i hope this information helps because i'm not that knowledgable in the subject, but i've been put in charge to find prices.....we would only need wiring done w/prices for the panels, we have 15 desktops, printer and fax....if anymore information needed please reply back asap....thankyou."
