• Currently utilizing in-house voice and data servers; utlizing Polycom telephones. T-1 services at both locations better than average (Covad and Windstream). Our IT support personnel are not getting it done!.
• I am looking to get information for long-term planning. We are not looking to replace our traditional PBX system for two years. We have 5 sites, 1 of which has a T1, the others have DSL. I would like a service that uses point-to-point lines locally that will also tie our sites together in a concurrent data network.
• Most important is Call Detail reporting including CID (Caller ID), ANI (different than CID, ANI data is usually transmitted in-band using multi-frequency (MF) signaling. However, ANI data can also be transmitted separately if you have an ISDN PRI.), and CNIP. Sorry about ANI explanation, most I ask have no idea or confuse with CID.
• We currently have a long distance T1 line, but use regular DSL broadband for data connections.
• We need quotes emailed to us for 30 phones with direct lines and voice mailboxes. Data cabling is in place. We have 2 fax lines and 1 conference room speaker phone.
