"I am looking to start an elder call telephony business where the computer will call the client at pre-determined times. An automated operator will ask yes/no questions & require that the patient enter numbers on their dial pad or say the numbers if they are visually impaired. This information will be automatically entered and saved in their electronic file. Any answers or numbers that are oustside the preset standards, will be flagged with an emergency email and sent to the nurse for a follow- up. A graph / chart will be maintained and submitted to the client's physician monthly. We will only have 2-3 nurses with a maximum of 100 - 125 clients. "
