"I am looking for a system where clients can enter their social security number and voice will list items that the client needs to submit. There will be about 10 different items, and the system should be able to "read" one or more of those items over the phone, in different combinations. The system would read off an Excel sheet that has the client social security number in the first column, followed by 10 columns which each stand for a missing verification item (id, w-2, birth certificate, etc). An X would indicate that the item is missing and should be read to the client. Thus, if the client is missing their id and w-2, the system would read "you are missing your id and w-2"."
