"Currently we are having our snow plow subcontractors fax in their plowing times after each snow storm. I would like to go to IVR based system that would stream-line the process and allow me to bill my accounts quicker and pay my subs faster. This IVR system would hopefully expidite my billing as I would get real-time data the morning after a storm. I am thinking each sub could be given a Subcontractor number and they could call in once they are on-site, punch in their account # and then punch in the property number they are plowing and then do it again when the job is completed. This would give us real-time data and would allow us to track our jobs more effiecently. Each sub has a rate for their specific equiptment so they would just confirm their equipment in the prompt stage when they are signing in and out of each job. I owuld like to run a beta test still this winter season and then roll it out to all my subs next season."

"Appointment schedules will need to be made in the times alloted. An in detail description of what will be required at the appointment will need to be conveyed to the client. If the client is unable to make an appointment he or she will need to be notified and given a reason. The finished schedule will need to be sent to our receptionist at the office or our receptionist will need to be able to retrieve the data. the data will consist of social security numbers, phone numbers, account numbers for gas utilities and electric utilities, name - first and last, addresses with the city. If the client is outside our coverage area he or she will have to be notified and maybe told what other number to contact for help in their area. other minor stipulations will apply."
