"Automated Telephone Time Clock SystemThis CUSTOM designed system will be utilized to enable employees to clock in/out using the client's telephone. A toll-free number will be used to dial into the server. After dialing in, the employee will be prompted to enter their employee/ssn number. This will clock them in. The process is repeated when the employee is finished with that client. There will be two telephone numbers initially (one main and one roll-over). A server card will be installed that can accommodate up to four phone lines. The data collected will be exported into an application. A date range can be entered for each employee and his or her work hours will be totaled."
