• 8 lines, already have T-1 for voice/data. Looking for hosted solution using Cisco, Avaya, or Polycom phone sets.
• Currently have internet with Lexcom, the local phone company - 3mb isdn circuit. Currently use a Avaya PBX but lease has expired and want to replace. Inbound and outbound currently use a PRI -23 conditioned circuit which is ISDN. We make numerous international calls. Local phone company wants me to put in a keyed NEC system.
• Currently we have an Avaya Partner system with MLS 12D and 18D phones. 4 incoming lines to the system, 12 extensions. This is for a fire department with a phone pretty much in each room. Extensions are not assigned to a person, but to a room so we would like multi-line phones.
• Door phone, 3 portable phones, replacing an Avaya Partner system with 5 lines.
• Hospital with 3 external clinics. Presently have Avaya Difinity g3siv9 PBX with 870 phone lines and Partner ACS in two clinics. Also have Shoretel VOIP in one clinic. Looking to upgrade (or replace) to VOIP in ~ 2 years. Looking at best bidders.
• Looking at replacing Avaya Difinity G3SIV9 PBX in approx 2 years. Approx 900 phones total.

Need more phones, soft phones for road warriors(PC & Mac) and looking to open multiple satellite offices soon, each 5-20 phones. As always price is the factor, but expansion is a keen second.
