• Currently have an 11 line system with 15 extensions. Will reduce down to 6-9 lines and 6 extensions + fax. Investigating voip service. Calling patterns are usually much lower than max. 5-6 lines with 3-4 extensions in use.
• I am building out a new medical office suite. I have 3 employees and a satellite office. I would like to know what my options are for VOIP service. I will also need to send and receive faxes but can address this separately if I need to.

• I'm using T1 lines for voice. I'm replacing my standard phone system and connecting to voip service. I'm using over 200 lines with various calling patterns.

• We are replacing an older two phone multiple line Bizfon system in our home office. We already have voip service. It's the hardware that's unreliable. Cost is a prime consideration.
