• Currently we have a Toshiba Hybrid system with digital sets. The owner of the company would like to have a system that has more features and software driven call processing that can be customized to our needs. Currently we are required to use a typical voice mail platform to handle all of our custom call routing needs and it is not working out.

• We are a church seeking to replace an aging and deteriorating digital phones system with breaking phones. We need to replace all phones in our main office, in two offices in our education buildings, and in some other locations around the church. We will need to replace our old 25-pair cable plant with Ethernet, but we think we have the necessary expertise (and willingness) to pull that cable ourselves.
• We are expanding our offices and half of our space is wired for lan and digital phone. The other half is being constructed.
• We are looking for a VOIP Phone System before years end to replace our antiquated Digital Phone System. Some of the options that we are looking for are to include web based management, log in for users comparable to ACD, forwarding of phones to outside sources, bringing remote offices under one umbrella, recordable options for conversations for training/monitoring purposes. We have the need for about 50+ extensions. Please contact or send me some info on what options that you may have, or a possible meeting might be in order to discuss.
• We are moving our office location and are pricing voip systems and analog systems. We currently have 5 lines plus a fax line. The fax line would need to remain analog as we run other, non-digital, systems over this line.
• We are not sure what system we need and what it can do. We were looking at a regular digital phone service that used our current wiring which was for an old phone system that uses 4 conductors.
• We currently have a very basic wireless digital "system" which we need to replace rather urgently. We will need 14 extentions, each with individual voicemail. We have four lines, the forth is being used as a fax/dsl. We have many incoming and out going calls daily and we call internatinally also (incomming and outgoing). Also, we have three locations with different numbers so in total there would be eight lines. We need equipment and service and are interested in leasing options as well.
• Would like to re-use existing digital phones and connect 1 POTS line with multiple voip lines if possible. Require an auto attendant with individual line call forwarding/simultaneous ring capabilities. Would like the ability to forward connected calls to other lines within the PBX.
