• I need the hardware solution. I currently have cabling personnel, but need the switches and phones. I want to get a system that will allow me to connect computers to through the voip phones.
• I need to have a T1. 1.5mb dedicated data would be nice, but not necessary. We would be replacing a SPIRIT Communications System Model 2448 from Lucent Technologies with 22 endpoints. We now have 6 incoming lines for voice. I would also like to see a hardware anti-virus/anti-intrusion solution. Either the Sonicwall TZ-180 or something Similar in the quote.
• Look ing to install new. Looking for hardware and some advise.
• Our 8 yr old Nortel hardware just expirted over the weekend. We are trying to determine if we should continue with the PBX or move to VOIP.
• Own all hardware, no maintenance or service contracts.
• We are considering a voip phone system for our two offices and would like a quote for the necessary hardware. Both offices use Charter cable high-speed internet service, both with static IP addresses. Office 1 7 Phones that would experience high usage (at occupied desks) 2 Additional phones in low-use applications (break room, file room) 9 extensions in this office 5 Voice lines Office 2 4 Phones with high usage (at occupied desks) 1 Additional low-use phone (file room) 5 extensions in this office 4 Voice lines.
• We are replacing an older two phone multiple line Bizfon system in our home office. We already have voip service. It's the hardware that's unreliable. Cost is a prime consideration.
• We have 3 locations, Oklahoma City with approx 35 users, Tulsa with approximately 10 users, and Springfield MO with approx 10 users. We are looking to have 1 unified phone system. Our offices are currently connected via a hardware vpn to have 1 large network.
• We have cable connection 10 mbps down and 4 mbps upload, looking for reliable voip solution, need assurance because have negative feedback from my partners about voip telephony. I need to keep my number, also have fax line. What are my start up costs for hardware installation?.
• We will need the system set up at at least two possibly three locations. Our location in Jamestown, NY and we will need the capabilities for a call center and standard office use in this location. Our Newark, NJ location will need features for standard office use. We would like to be provided with quote information containing the cost of the hardware, calling plan for unlimited incoming an doutgoing calls in the Unisted States, and proposals for plans with different features. Thank you.
