Qqest Software Systems was founded in 1992 with a vision of automating labor management. Our name was derived from our first product called Quick Quote Estimating Software Technologies.

We went on to create Gold Suite, a very successful and well-regarded time and attendance system catering primarily to small and medium sized business. During the same period we founded Qqest Payroll Services, a full-service payroll-processing bureau, giving us further insight into the intricacies and requirements of today’s business and payroll managers.

In 2002 we combined all our knowledge, experience, and years of customer feedback to create our new flagship time and attendance product, TimeForce. With TimeForce we created an extremely flexible, powerful, and easy-to-use time and attendance system that uses a web browser based interface. TimeForce is still one of few systems with the flexibility to be deployed over an internal network, or over the Internet with full functionality enabled.

TimeForce also integrates seamlessly with our Qqest-manufactured time clocks. We design, develop and manufacture our own time clocks to our specifications, unlike most time and attendance vendors who simply resell a third party clock. That means we know our system inside and out, resulting in better support for you.

TimeForce now serves over 35,000 companies, with millions of employees, throughout North America. Thousands of small and medium sized businesses rely on TimeForce to collect, manage, and process their employee time every day. And, with a system flexible enough to handle tens-of-thousands of employees, Timeforce has been adopted by many enterprises like Exxon, Best Western, and First Student as well.
