eMaint is designed to be as easy as you want it to be, yet as robust as you need it to be. It is an easy work order management tool as well as a full-featured asset management system that can be used to schedule and plan maintenance, track assets, manage work orders and work requests, control parts inventory, prevent equipment failure and reduce equipment downtime.

The eMaint X3 solution is also fully configurable, allowing it to easily leverage and interface with your business systems and processes. During setup and implementation, you have the ability to personalize the screens, fields, lists, reports and next action step options to meet the specific operational goals of the application at hand, whether an individual site or a global enterprise.

X3 Deployment Options:
eMaint X3 offers the best of both worlds, providing both the option to run 'Online' as a hosted application, virtually eliminating the associated hardware costs of a new application, or may be installed and implemented internally, where the application is accessed via LAN Network, WAN or Intranet.

The Online Edition is hosted by eMaint, in partnership with Rackspace, an international leader in high speed hosted application servers, web security systems and mission critical applications requiring high uptime guarantees.

Your data is secure and accessible using any web browser from anywhere in the world -- including wireless PDA and/or cell phone interfaces -- making it the optimum choice for mobile service & repair applications. X3 Online is by far the lowest front end and overall cost option available.

The Enterprise Edition is for organizations that prefer to deploy the web application internally and have it accessible via a LAN/WAN or corporate intranet. Its web-based design and browser interface minimizes expensive hardware requirements and reduces network traffic over modern LANs and WANs. eMaint provides onsite installation and configuration assistance for internal application deployment.
