Key Pricing Points

A couple of points that we noticed in the pricing information we received:

• Prices for used forklifts over four to five years old or with a lot of hours on them are substantially lower than new or even lightly used forklift prices. It’s a great way to save money, but if the forklift is going to play an essential role in your everyday business, you may be taking a risk purchasing an older machine.
• The side shift feature, which allows you to move the forks sideways without moving the whole machine, is essential to many buyers. It can be a great time saver and is even more important when working in crowded conditions.
