1. How many panels can your exhibit space support?
   Modular trade show displays can be as simple as two columns, or as elaborate as several stacked and hinged panels which are designed to create "rooms" within the exhibit. Make sure you have accurate measurements of your available space so that the supplier can recommend displays that fit properly.
2. Can the trade show display accommodate computers and monitors?
   If you want to present a demo or tutorial at your exhibit, you may need a modular display equipped with monitor stands, electrical outlets, and storage cabinets. Have a list of technical equipment you wish to use in your exhibit to make the selection process easier.
3. What are the customizable vs. fixed options?
   Most of the modular display pieces will be customizable, allowing you to add your logo, images, and company colors to the design to create a professional appearance. Still, there will be some elements of the design that are static and cannot be customized. Ask your vendor how much flexibility you have with your design.
4. Are there accessory options available?
   Accessories such as tables, stools, podiums, and other furniture may be available as part of a modular trade show display package. Investigate if the supplier can offer you a package discount, or if you have an option to purchase specific items separately.
5. What are the setup and take down requirements?
   Some modular trade show displays can be set up within minutes by one to two people, while others may require a team of workers to assemble each element of the exhibit. Learn what your display options will be based on your available resources.
