The Xerox DC242 Multifunction System comes with a 250sheet Duplex Automatic Document Feeder which allows automatic printing on both sides of the paper. With a warm-up time of less than 2.5 minutes, the system is ready for use in a short time. This multifunction system gives out the first copy in 4.3 seconds (B/W) and 10.7 seconds (color.) The finishing options like hole punching, stapling, saddle-stitch booklet making, and bi-, tri-, and Z-folding are useful to create professional documents.
To give easy access to all the major functions, it is equipped with an oversized touchscreen user interface. It is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems. Downtime can be prevented as there is a reminder to replace the consumables before they run out. The enhanced gloss mode can be useful to increase the level of gloss while copying or printing. Its compact design is ideal to be placed in offices with small spaces.
