The Xerox M20i Multifunction System has functions like copying, printing, faxing, scanning, and emailing. The first copy is delivered in less than 8 seconds from this system. The 10/100 Base T Ethernet network connectivity allows multiple users to share the systems capabilities. The duplex automatic document handler is useful to copy and scan 2-sided documents. Paper can be saved with the N-up print feature that can be useful to print multiple pages on a single sheet.
The system can be used to collate documents, create poster, reduce/enlarge documents sizes, and clone the documents. The remote management system allows you to monitor the system using a PC. An important copy job can be run by interrupting the other jobs that are running in the system. Your data can be kept confidential with the Secure Print and Network Authentication Kit in this system. This system can deliver the output on various media types like paper, envelopes, labels, and transparencies.
