The Xerox 4595 Multifunction System is equipped with an 8-inch, color touch screen user interface, which is designed with simplicity in mind. Using the intuitive icons of the touch screen, users can access all the major functions of this system. This system, with copying as its main function, delivers the first copy in 3 seconds, reducing the wait time. It features advanced copy features including annotation, multi-up, auto fit, booklet creation, tab copying, and repeat image.
The Xerox 4595 Multifunction System uses the Emulsion Aggregate toner to provide an output with enhanced image quality. In order to produce professional output, this system is provided with many finisher options for hole punching, folding, stapling, and booklet making. The post-process inserter featured in this system allows users to add inserts to black and white print jobs. Since this system incorporates a built-in copy server, space is saved, as there is no need for a separate, standalone hardware.
