The Xerox 700 Digital Color Press Multifunction System has printing, copying, and scanning functions. This multifunction system uses Emulsion Aggregation (EA) toner which assures an output with smooth, matte finish and excellent shadow detail. In order to ensure automatic double-sided printing and scanning it features the Duplex Automatic Document Feeder (DADF.) With optional Xerox SquareFold Trimmer Module, the documents are accurately trimmed. Additionally, this multifunction system features several other finishing options, including stacking, multi-position stapling and hole punching, saddle stitch booklet making, and folding.

To ensure high level of security for the documents, the Xerox 700 Digital Color Press Multifunction System incorporates powerful protective features, such as IP filtering, password protection, data encryption, and disk overwrite. Further, this printer has load-while-run capability which accounts for uninterrupted and maximum productivity. It is flexible to print on both coated and uncoated paper. The Ethernet 10/100/1000 Base-T network connectivity allows multiple users to share this systems capabilities.
